Responsibilities
- Identify vacant or underutilized land available with the new DPSUs.
- Review present use, and ways of densification of estate for optimum land utilization.
- Identify land which may be used for future business operations.
- Examine any restrictions on the use of such land.
- Suggest suitable options for productive utilization of surplus land such as leasing, joint development or other Government approved models.
- Estimate the potential value and benefits from better utilization of the land.

Qualification
MBA/MTech in Town/Urban planning or equivalent.
Experience
5+ years in consulting.
Engagement Tenure
6-8 months.
